This case is calendared for trial at the Salt Lake City, Utah, Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 28, 2024.

Rule 27(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, generally provides in pertinent part, that in a paper filing with the Court, a party making the filing should refrain from including or should take appropriate steps to redact certain specified information, including taxpayer identification numbers and financial account numbers. Due to the unredacted personal identifying information contained in the documents received by the Court on July 15, 2024, we will take steps to seal the documents to protect the personal identifying information contained therein before serving said documents on the Commissioner.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that Ms. Swilor's unfiled documents, received July 15, 2024, is recharacterized as Ms. Swilor's Status Report, filed July 15, 2024. It is

ORDERED that Ms. Swilor's Status Report, filed July 15, 2024, is sealed and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by Order of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to serve the aforementioned Status Report upon the Commissioner.
