ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge.

This case is set for trial at the Court's Salt Lake City, Utah Trial Session scheduled to commence on October 28, 2024. In lieu of complying with the Court's Order served June 3, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance to which it is represented that petitioner does not object.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance, filed July 11, 2024, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' compliance with the Court's Order served June 3, 2024, is suspended until further notice. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2024, the parties shall file a status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of whether a settlement conference has been scheduled between petitioner and the Independent Office of Appeals as stated in the Commissioner's Motion.
