BERNARD T. SWIFT, JR. & KATHY L. SWIFT, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge.

Pursuant to the Court's Order served May 25, 2022, and June 7, 2022, the parties were to file separate status reports by July 13, 2022. Petitioners Bernard T. and Kathy L. Swift have filed two status reports that appear to be duplicative in Docket No. 13705-16. The Court will strike one from the record in that case only. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Mr. and Mrs. Swift's status report, filed on July 13, 2022, in Docket No. 13705-16 as Doc. 188, is stricken from the Court's record.
