ORDER
Appellant's motion to reconsider whether to hear oral argument filed on May 10, 2018 is GRANTED. We withdraw the submission date of June 12, 2018 and hereby set the above cause for formal submission and oral argument before this Court on July 10, 2018 at 9:00 AM, before a panel consisting of Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, and Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa.
Argument is limited to twenty (20) minutes to each side and ten (10) minutes rebuttal for the appellant.
The Court provides a guest WiFi network for parties arguing before the Court. The password to access the network is available at the Clerk's Office on the day of argument. It is so ORDERED on this 16th day of May, 2018.
