An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 22, 2018, And defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal until 90 days following the final determination by the New York City Loft Board in the case entitled Kenneth Swezey and Laura Lindgren v A. Trenkmann Estate, Inc. (Docket No. TR-1325), or for alternative relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the November 2019 Term.
