DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 2, 2017, and two orders of the same court dated July 11, 2018 and December 28, 2018, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 28, 2021. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
