This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's January 13, 2025, Miami, Florida, trial session. On October 30, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Compel Production of Documents (Doc. 56) requesting that petitioner James H. Sweitzer produce for inspection and copying the documents set forth in respondent's Request for Production of Documents.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before December 2, 2024, petitioner James H. Sweitzer shall serve on respondent, and file with the Court, a response to respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents filed October 30, 2024.
