Kimberly R. Sweidy, Plaintiff, v. Spring Ridge Academy, et al., Defendants.

ORDER

Steven P. Logan United States District Judge

On October 26, 2022, the Court received an ex parte phone communication from Plaintiff. Plaintiff expressed concerns regarding certain allegedly confidential documents and indicated an interest in filing either a motion for protective order or a motion to seal. The Court reminded Plaintiff that any such motion or request must be filed on the docket before this Court may take any action or otherwise substantively address the issues. The Court now issues this Order to make a record of the phone communication and to remind the parties that any motion or other communication concerning matters before the Court must be done in writing and filed with the Court. See LRCiv. 7.1 and 7.2.

Given that nothing has been filed on the docket, no action or response will be taken by the Court at this time.
