DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Patrick J. Sweeney from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated May 21, 2021. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification John C. Guttridge, by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 10, 2021, the respondent was granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment and directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further, ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:
