Motion for an appeal from the Bath Circuit Court.

Judgment convicting movant of the offense of carrying concealed a deadly weapon, and imposing a fine of $50 and ten days' imprisonment.

Hubert Meredith, Attorney General, and J. Sidney Caudel, Commonwealth's Attorney, opposed.


Appeal denied; judgment affirmed.
