ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before July 5, 2023, file with the Court a response to respondent's aforementioned motion. The parties are advised that simultaneous opening briefs remain due on June 19, 2023 and should the parties wish to file reply briefs, they remain due on July 19, 2023.
