Appeal from Superior Court, Santa Clara County; William F. James, Judge.

Action by Ellen G. Swall against Albert Anderson and others, individually, and as copartners, doing business under the firm name and style of Anderson Bros., for damages for destruction and injury to trees. From a portion of the judgment, plaintiff appeals.

Portion of judgment appealed from affirmed.
