This case is calendared for trial at the Honolulu, Hawaii, trial session scheduled to begin on June 3, 2024. On April 12, 2024, respondent filed an unopposed motion to remand.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's June 3, 2024, Honolulu, Hawaii, trial session and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to remand, filed April 12, 2024, is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing to be held not later than July 15, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than August 14, 2024, the parties shall report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
