Decision

Pursuant to an Order to Show Cause, a hearing was held before this Court on August 13, 2015, concerning the request by counsel, The Fitzgerald Law Firm, P.C., for claimant, SW, an infant, by her mother and natural guardian Julie Richards, to be relieved as counsel. Such relief was granted in a Decision and Order of this Court filed November 12, 2015.

Pursuant to the November 12, 2015 Decision and Order claimant was directed to either retain new counsel or notify the Court of her intention to represent herself in this matter within 60 days of the filing of the Decision and Order. Neither claimant nor new counsel has contacted the Court since the filing of the November 12, 2015 Decision and Order. Claimant's outgoing counsel has filed an Affidavit of Service stating that he served claimant with the November 12, 2015 Decision and Order on November 18, 2015.
