Order reversed on the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and defendant's motion granted to the extent of vacating the judgment and opening her default and permitting her to serve an answer within ten days from the entry of the order herein, without costs. The default was excusable, not willful. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur.
