On December 14, 2021, respondent filed in the above-docketed matter a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy. Attached thereto is a copy of a Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case, issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California. It appears that petitioner Ronald David Sutton on November 29, 2021, filed a bankruptcy petition under Chapter 7, 11 U.S.C.
Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings herein are automatically stayed, insofar as they relate to petitioner Ronald David Sutton. It is further
ORDERED that although all proceedings are stayed insofar as they relate to petitioner Ronald David Sutton, the parties shall, on or before June 14, 2022, file with the Court a report as to the then present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding. It is further
ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before January 14, 2022, to show cause in writing why the proceedings herein should not be stayed as to petitioner Kimberly Ann Sutton.
