PHILIP V. SUSI, Petitioner Below, Appellant v. BURSIE A. (SUSI) WELCH, Respondent Below, Appellee. No. 44, 1999. In the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware. Decided: March 25, 1999.

Appeal from Family Court of the State of Delaware, in and for New Castle County, in File No. CN97-080130.

ORDER

This 25th day of March 1999, it appears to the Court that:

1. On March 4, 1999, the Clerk issued a notice directing the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b) for the appellant's failure to diligently prosecute this appeal by not filing the $250 docketing fee.
