ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On July 20, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Kim Susen. On September 28, 2021, respondent filed a supplement to his motion. On October 12, 2021, respondent filed a second supplement to his motion. In his motion, as supplemented, respondent states that petitioner Edward Susen does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 10, 2021, petitioner Kim Susen's heir, Natasha Morano, shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Kim Susen. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve copies of this Order, respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Kim Susen, and respondent's supplements to his motion on Natasha Morano at her address listed in respondent's supplement to his motion, filed October 12, 2021.
