Order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 17, 1965 and made on reconsideration, reversed insofar as appealed from, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion for a general preference granted. Under the circumstances presented in the record, it was an improvident exercise of discretion to deny plaintiff a general preference. Christ, Acting P.J., Rabin, Hopkins, Benjamin and Munder, JJ., concur.
