Upon due consideration of the parties' joint motion for continuance, filed September 14, 2023, it is
ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the Dallas, Texas, trial session scheduled to begin on October 16, 2023, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that unless a stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before October 27, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if a joint report is not possible) of the then-present status of this case. In the event that no settlement is reached before the status report is due, then the status report should contain each of the parties' availability for trial in August, September and October of 2024.
