This case is calendared for trial at the Special Session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 30, 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona. On September 5, 2024, the parties filed a stipulation of settled issues and a joint status report reporting a basis of settlement has been reached.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's September 30, 2024, Phoenix, Arizona, special trial session, and the Special Session is hereby cancelled. It is further
ORDERED that on or before October 7, 2024, the parties shall file (1) a stipulated decision document, or (2) a joint status report (or if that is not possible, then separate reports) stating the then current status of this case.
