Action to recover damages for materials supplied to the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was referred to Hon. Norton M. Levine, state trial referee judgment for the defendant on the complaint and for the plaintiff on the counterclaim, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
