District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Apr 5, 1993
616 So. 2d 183 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1993)

Opinion

No. 92-01566.

April 5, 1993.

An Appeal from and Order of Judge of Compensation Claims Patrick J. Murphy.

Patricia R. Fay of Riden, Earle Kiefner, P.A., St. Petersburg, for appellants.

Kennedy Legler III of Legler Flynn, Bradenton, for appellee.

We affirm the order authorizing Dr. Dolin to conduct whatever diagnostic tests may be necessary to determine whether claimant's conditions are related to the industrial accident and to treat any conditions resulting from the accident. We direct that the order be modified, however, to authorize diagnostic procedures and tests by a neuro-ophthalmologist, in accordance with the recommendation of Dr. Dolin.

BOOTH, SMITH and MINER, JJ., concur.
