This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On September 8, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation as to the Administrative Record (Doc. 12). Later on September 8, 2023, the parties filed a second Stipulation as to the Administrative Record (Doc. 13). The second Stipulation as to the Administrative Record appears to be a duplicate of the first, except it includes respondent's date of signing, which was omitted from the first Stipulation as to the Administrative Record. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties' first Stipulation as to the Administrative Record (Doc. 12) filed on September 8, 2023, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
