CONFESSION OF ERROR
On appellees' proper confession of error, see Sunshine State Ins. Co. v. Munoz–Upton, 127 So.3d 822 (Fla. 3d DCA 2013), we reverse the order on appeal and remand for an appropriate order transferring venue by the court below.
Reversed.
