Having considered the Request for Dismissal made jointly by plaintiff UTCO Associates, Ltd. ("UTCO") and defendants Intercontinental Assets Corporation ("ICA") and Specialty Financing International, Inc. ("Specialty"), and good cause appearing therefore,

THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS AND DECREES, that UTCO's Complaint in this action is dismissed as against ICA and Specialty, with prejudice, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs. This order does not affect any of the claims UTCO asserts against any of the other defendants in this action.
