It is Ordered that defendant-respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, unless plaintiff-appellant perfects its appeal by no later then the October 2014 term - the filing deadline is August 13, 2014. In the event of plaintiff-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, defendant-respondent may move, on five days' notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
