The reporter's record filed November 12, 2024, is defective. The record filed does not include the transcription of the jury selection hearing; the exhibit volumes omit State's exhibit 80; none of the electronic exhibits have been filed; and the exhibit indexes omit many exhibits. Accordingly, we STRIKE the reporter's record filed November 12, 2024, and we ORDER court reporter LaToya Young to file the complete reporter's record on or before NOVEMBER 22, 2024. The reporter's record must comply with Appendix C, Rule 2 of the Texas Rules of

Appellate Procedure, the Uniform Format Manual for Texas Reporters' Records, and the Texas Court Reporter Certification Board Uniform Format Manual Examples.

This Court's orders of September 6, 2024, and November 4, 2024, that Ms. Young not sit until further order of this Court remain in effect.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Michael Snipes, Senior Judge Presiding, 282nd Judicial District Court; Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; Dallas County Auditor's Office; LaToya Young, Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
