On October 11, and October 13, 2023, the parties separately filed First Supplements to their Joint Status Report. Petitioner anticipates needing two weeks for trial and that the earliest time to prepare for trail would be in the fall of 2024. Respondent First Supplement to his status report estimates that trail time will be 2-3 weeks since the case will require expert witnesses which he has yet to retain.
Considering the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that on before April 12, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate status reports if preferrable) to confirm the parties' readiness for trial and a proposed trial date.
