ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge.

On August 2, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, seeking to protect certain business information during the pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases of these cases. By Order served August 9, 2024, the Court granted the Motion and set forth the terms and conditions that would govern the treatment of confidential information. These terms and conditions reference a template "Acknowledgment and Agreement to Be Bound" form that is to be used by third parties to whom "Protected Information" is disclosed. However, the Court inadvertently omitted the template form. We will accordingly amend our Order to include the omitted document.

For cause, it is
