ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion of Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for leave to file a motion for leave to appear as amicus curiae as within time (M-557) is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion of Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for leave to appear as amicus curiae (M-558) is denied. In declining to extend amicus participation to movant, the Court notes that it will not consider the arguments raised by the Attorney General specific to its pending litigation against Janssen, namely whether the Products Liability Act (PLA) restricts the Attorney General's authority under the Consumer Fraud Act or the relationship between the PLA and other statutes that are not at issue in this appeal.
