Sun Broadcasting Co. v. Beckerman

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Mar 23, 1988
522 So. 2d 108 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1988)

Opinion

No. 87-778.

March 23, 1988.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Pinellas County; Helen S. Hansel, Judge.

Stanford R. Solomon of Rudnick Wolfe, Tampa, for appellant.

Zala L. Forizs of Blasingame, Forizs Smiljanich, P.A., St. Petersburg, for appellee.

The sole question presented to us on this appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to support the trial judge's final judgment awarding appellee a real estate broker's commission. While some essential facts were disputed, the record discloses evidence that would support the final judgment. It is not our role to reweigh that evidence. Finding evidence in support of the final judgment, we affirm.

CAMPBELL, A.C.J., and LEHAN and PARKER, JJ., concur.
