ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On March 23, 2021, Derek B. Matta filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel seeking leave to withdraw as counsel for petitioners in this case.

On March 24, 2021, Brandon M. Frenza filed a Motion To Withdraw seeking leave to withdraw as counsel for petitioners in this case.

In an order issued on March 26, 2021, the Court (1) directed petitioner and respondent each to file an objection to Mr. Matta's motion to withdraw, and (2) directed petitioner and respondent each to file an objection to Mr. Frenza's motion to withdraw. No such objection have been received. On April 8, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report concerning the present status of this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 28, 2021, the parties shall file (1) either proposed decision documents, or (2) further reports (preferably a joint report) concerning the then present status of this case.
