By unopposed motion filed November 14, 2023, appellants request we consolidate this appeal into appellate cause number 05-23-00997-CV, which is styled the same, stems from the same underlying trial court proceeding, and concerns the same parties, facts, and issues. We GRANT the motion. We CONSOLIDATE this appeal into appellate cause number 05-23-00997-CV. All documents from this appeal shall be transferred into appellate cause number 05-23-00997-CV. The parties shall now proceed under cause number 05-23-00997-CV alone.
We note the trial court's online docket reflects appellants have requested supplemental clerk's and reporter's records be filed in appellate cause number 05-23-00997-CV. In light of the consolidation, we ORDER Dallas County Clerk John F. Warren and Vearneas Faggett, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No.4, to file their respective records no later than November 27, 2023.
We RESET the deadline for the filing of appellants' merits brief in appellate cause number 05-23-00997-CV to December 18, 2023.
For administrative purposes, this appeal is treated as CLOSED.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Warren; Ms. Faggett; and the parties.
