Court Reporter LaToya Young's January 8, 2024 request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record is GRANTED, and we ORDER the reporter's record due FEBRUARY 7, 2024. The record was originally due October 16, 2023. Although this is Ms. Young's first request for extension, this Court has twice admonished her that the record was overdue on October 19, 2023, and December 1, 2023. We caution Ms. Young that the failure to file the complete reporter's record by February 7, 2024, will result in the Court utilizing whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Young not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to LaToya Young, Official Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
