NURAEN OLASEYINDE SULOLA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On February 10, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. However, further review indicates that this filing appears to be more akin to an Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Also on February 10, 2023, petitioner filed three Memoranda in Support of Motion for Continuance. However, further review indicates that these filings appear to be more akin to Supplements to petitioner's Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed February 10, 2023, is recharacterized as petitioner's Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's three Memoranda in Support of Motion for Continuance, filed February 10, 2023, are recharacterized as petitioner's Supplements to petitioner's Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.
