DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 9, 2020, and April 24, 2020, respectively, and appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the same court, dated June 4, 2020, and August 12, 2020, respectively. Application by the respondent-appellant to substitute Gary Sullivan, as administrator of the estate of Denis C. Sullivan, for the deceased respondent Denis C. Sullivan, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Gary Sullivan, as administrator of the estate of Denis C. Sullivan, is substituted for the estate of Denis C. Sullivan, and the caption is amended accordingly.
