ORDER

Robin Sullivan appeals the judgment entered upon a jury verdict in favor of Moore Automotive Group on Sullivan's claim for negligent entrustment.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. We affirm the judgment under Rule 84.16(b).

Respondent's motion to strike appellant's brief and dismiss appeal, taken with the case, is denied.
