MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated December 28, 2010, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County Clerk informed us appellant has not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with verification either that he has paid for the record or he is entitled to proceed without payment for the record. We warned that failure to comply may result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). To date, appellant has neither provided payment verification nor communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
