DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by B'nai Sholom Reform Congregation for permission to file and serve a brief amicus curiae upon the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept for filing the brief amicus curiae received on June 10, 2016. A brief in response to the brief amicus curiae, if any, shall be filed and served on or before July 14, 2016.
