Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Scott Russell, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Michael C. Ross, Esq., P.O. Box 612, Bloomingburg, NY 12721, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the children as he may direct.
