Order denying the plaintiff's motion for a new trial upon the ground of newly-discovered evidence, and upon the further ground that the evidence given upon the trial was contrary to fact, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
