On November 16, 2021, respondent filed an answer to the petition. On November 19, 2021, respondent filed a document that he designated as an entry of appearance; however, upon review of that document, the Court notes that it appears to be a duplicate of the answer but filed under the name of a different attorney.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's answer, filed November 16, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's entry of appearance for respondent, filed November 19, 2021, is recharacterized as respondent's answer.
