MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from a judgment signed August 15, 2018.

On February 25, 2021, the parties filed an agreed motion to dismiss the appeal because the parties have fully and finally settled the controversy between them. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1. No opinion has issued. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(c). The parties also ask that we fully and finally release the appellants from any liability or obligation regarding the appellate security in the amount of $148,842.46 that was paid into the registry of the court pursuant to a writ of supersedeas. The motion is granted.

Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. We dismiss all other pending motions as moot. We further order that the appellate security previously posted in the court's registry in connection with this appeal be released to appellants Anthony R. Sueing, Sr., Frontline Recovery and Consulting, Inc., and Frontline Recovery and Consulting North Inc.
