On November 25, 2020, this court issued an opinion affirming the divorce decree in the underlying proceeding. Later on the morning of November 25, 2020, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal and allow her appellate counsel to withdraw.

The motion to dismiss the appeal is DENIED AS MOOT. The request to allow Mr. Lawrence Garcia to withdraw as appellate counsel is GRANTED.

It is so ORDERED on November 30, 2020.
