This court issued its opinion and order on September 25, 2024. Appellant timely filed a motion for rehearing. The order denying the motion for rehearing did not modify or vacate the September 25, 2024 judgment, nor did it issue a different opinion. See Tex. R App. P. 49.4, 49.6.

On October 29, 2024, Appellant filed a motion for en banc reconsideration. A motion for en banc reconsideration was due on October 10, 2024. See Tex. R App. P. 49.5. Appellant's motion for en banc reconsideration is DENIED as untimely. See Tex. R App. P. 49.5.
