ORDER

PER CURIAM

By order dated January 16, 2024, this Court abated this appeal and remanded to the trial court for a hearing to determine the likely length of delay for preparation of the reporter's record.

The first Reporter's Record (3 volumes + 1 exhibit volume) has this day been filed. Therefore, on the Court's own motion, the above styled and numbered cause is hereby REINSTATED. The Appellant's brief is now due to be filed in this Court on or before March 15, 2024.

Accordingly, our order of January 16, 2024, has become moot and a hearing on this matter is no longer required.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
