Plaintiff-appellant having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 7, 2016, for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, for related relief, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the October 2017 Term. The motion is otherwise denied.
