ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF PLAINTIFFS' COMPLAINT AGAINST INNOVATIVE STAFFING, INC. WITH PREJUDICE


The parties' stipulation for entry of order dismissing Plaintiffs' Complaint against Innovative Staffing, Inc. with prejudice having come before the Court, and the Court having reviewed the Stipulation and duly considered the matter, and good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Complaint against Innovative Staffing, Inc. in this action is dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any and all claims that Plaintiffs have or may have against Defendant Comtract Communications, Inc. or any other third party are hereby reserved, and nothing contained in this Order shall constitute or be construed as a waiver or release of any such claims.
