This case for the redetermination of deficiencies is before the Court on the parties' joint motion for continuance, filed April 4, 2024, and heard on May 8, 2024, when the case was recalled from the calendar for trial in New York, New York. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and advised the Court of the status of the case.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
